UK mainland
For deliveries in the majority of the UK mainland we will charge the following delivery charges.
- For Deliveries of 1 or 2 tyres our standard delivery charge will be £9.00 + VAT
- For deliveries of 3 or 4 tyres our standard delivery charge will be £13.00 + VAT
For deliveries to the Highlands and Northern Ireland standard delivery charge will be:
- For Deliveries of 1 or 2 tyres our standard delivery charge will be £16.80 + VAT
- For deliveries of 3 or 4 tyres our standard delivery charge will be £32.00 + VAT
Non-mainland UK
Jersey, Guernsey, Isles of Scilly, Orkney Islands, Shetland Isles, Moray, Isle of Man . We also ship to the above non mainland UK. Delivery for these area’s are charged as follows.
- For Deliveries of 1 or 2 tyres our standard delivery charge will be £18.61 (inclusive of Vat)
- For deliveries of 3 or 4 tyres our standard delivery charge will be £37.22 (inclusive of Vat)
International Delivery
We also ship to a number of European countries. Delivery for these countries are charged on a per-item basis, we will get our logistics team to confirm delivery charges before the order is placed. but this will need to be ordered over the phone at the current time.

Returns
We offer a no quibble 30 day return policy .If you’re not happy with the item(s) you received or have accidentally ordered the wrong size or maybe you have simply changed your mind, then you have up to 30 days from the day you receive your order to contact us and let us know of your decision.

Our customer service team will work with you to organise a replacement.
Returns must be paid for by the customer unless the product is defective when delivered or not as per the confirmed order / delivery note. It is important to note that once goods have been fitted, we cannot take them back unless there is a fault with the product itself.
Once the goods are back with iTyres.com and been inspected accordingly, they will be independently assessed by the manufacturer and their decision will be final. Following this we will issue a refund where applicable, please note that any product returned must be in exactly the same condition as when delivered including any manufacturers adhesive labels still affixed.
As collection fees do vary and are calculated by weight as well as volumetric weight, so if an order has been placed in error then the customer will be liable for the collection fee in full.

Collections of goods can be an expensive business because of the weight and size of the items being shipped due to weight and size, so please make sure you are 100% sure with your decision before purchasing.
